Really getting into the raw foods this summer and doing lots of experimenting.
Here’s one that we found delectable – juicy, colorful and looked very different.
How to:
2 small beetroot – grated
1 large carrot – grated
1 apple – grated
1/4 shredded cabbage
raisins
sunflower seeds
parsley
pumpkin seeds
Mix all the ingredients together and dress with dash of Sesame Oil , olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar
